NRHP Nominations
National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) nominations involve researching the history of individual properties or historic districts, conducting on-site documentation, photographing key features, and writing detailed narratives to demonstrate their significance under NRHP criteria. We verify architectural integrity, document historical context, and coordinate with State Historic Preservation Offices (SHPOs) to secure listings, helping clients preserve and celebrate their historic properties and utilize federal tax credits for restoration.
Clifton Historic Resources has completed multiple NRHP nominations, for commercial historic districts, residential, and institutional properties across Arkansas and Tennessee.
